One of our larger contracts from Petra Westkey PTY LTD. 25x Luxury 2 bedroom cabins, a Recreation Room with kitchen facilities and a large Amenities building. The Amenities ventilation system was designed and installed by us and integrated into the automated lighting system for maximum power efficiency while not in use.

Rio Tinto Hope Downs 4 upgrade, 5x large transportable site buildings. Petra Westkey PTY LTD have engaged in our compliance and planning services to make sure we meet Rio Tinto mining standards for a flawless handover. Job completion due May 2023.

Another project for Discovery Parks. 9x Luxury 2 bedroom cabins, 1x Recreation Room with kitchen facilities and 1x Amenities building. Recreation Room and Amenities still under construction and will be using the same integrated ventilation system designed by us for the Bunbury Foreshore project.
Greenwood Tyre & Auto
Project : Decommission old asbestos master meter panel / Supply and install new master meter panel in new location.
We were contacted by a local mechanic workshop that wanted to open up their shopfront by removing a wall but the main switchboard for the building was in the way. We organised a generator and Western Power for shutdown while works were underway. We built in-house a new 2 tenancy master meter panel and was installed on the same day as the shutdown. Total business downtime with generator backup - 45 minutes.
