Fortescue Transportable Complex
Instant Transportable Offices
Constructed to Fortescue's stringent industrial mining standards, this 14.4m x 9.0m transportable three-base complex provides a modern training and lunchroom facility for site personnel. Our scope included the complete electrical installation including air conditioning and data systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort in demanding mining conditions. Delivered with a focus on quality, compliance, and reliability, the project demonstrates our capability to meet the demanding requirements of the mining and modular construction sectors.

12x Modular Retirement Homes – Modular WA
This project involved the construction and installation of twelve high-quality modular residential units, manufactured in Perth and delivered to Collie, Western Australia. Our team provided a complete electrical solution, including the design and installation of architectural lighting, general power and dedicated power circuits, air conditioning systems, data cabling, television outlets and aerials. From factory construction through to onsite installation and commissioning, the project showcases our ability to deliver reliable, high-quality electrical solutions for residential modular developments.
4x Minespec Sea Container Office Conversions
Instant Transportable Offices
Built in accordance with AS/NZS 3001 transportable electrical requirements and upgraded to meet Australian mining industry standards. This project involved the conversion of four 40-foot shipping containers into fully functional mine-spec office facilities.
Incorporating mechanical protection of electrical equipment, dual power supply capability via mains/generator changeover switching and air conditioning systems throughout. These transportable offices can be deployed directly to site and are compliant to the electrical requirements of leading resource companies including Rio Tinto, Fortescue, and BHP amongst many
others.
